Partner Training
Partner Training offers a fun and motivating way to work out with a friend or family member while reaching your fitness goals together. I create customized workout plans that suit both individuals’ needs and fitness levels, making it a great way to bond, stay accountable, and share in the journey to better health and fitness.
BootCamp Training Class
Boot Camps are for everyone at all fitness levels. Classes are held in small groups (6-8 people max) to ensure attendees get the attention and support they deserve. Each class includes a warm-up, strength/cardio and cool-down + stretching. Modifications are available. Classes are held at Inursha Fitness.
PE Teacher
As a PE Teacher at a private school, I focus on fostering a positive and energetic environment where students can explore movement, teamwork, and healthy living. I design engaging lessons that build strength, agility, and coordination while emphasizing the value of physical fitness in their everyday lives. My goal is to help every student discover the joy of staying active and the lifelong benefits of wellness.
After School Fitness Club
I lead an after-school fitness program designed to make fitness fun and accessible for students of all levels. Through a mix of cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises, I help students develop healthy habits, boost their confidence, and build a foundation for physical fitness. The club is a supportive, motivating space where students can set and reach personal fitness goals, get to know sports and have fun with friends.
