"I have been participating in Patricia D'Agostino's bootcamp, You vs. You, since the fall of 2023. One day during class, after only a  few months of participating, my mom, who was also in the class, suddenly said, "Wow! I can already see your arms gaining definition!" I was immensely encouraged!
